• Description:
  Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows: 
  - To ensure adherence to Compliance, Regulatory and Internal Service standards in the branch 
  - Ensure that the necessary documentation is complete and organized correctly - Manage and deliver service to customers of the branch while ensuring adherence to internal standards & compliance norms. 
  - Achieve desired customer satisfaction levels. 
  - Ensure smooth day to day operation of branch including office Administration
  - Ensuring Clear Audits 
   
  - Knowledge & Essential Skills: 
  - Knowledge of MF industry, products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs) 
  - Knowledge of processes, regulations in term of Mutual Fund investments 
  - MS Office
  - Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
